Established in 2023, The Bixology Project is a seven-piece band based in NYC that reimagines Jazz-Age classics through a kaleidoscopic, contemporary lens. Under the direction of clarinetist and arranger Skyler Hagner, Bixology performs original arrangements of Bix Beiderbecke, Duke Ellington, Hoagy Carmichael, Chick Webb, and James P. Johnson among other favorites.

Originally commissioned by HONKNYC, Bixology has brought their music to numerous neighborhood open streets, city events, clubs (Barbès, Loove Labs), and the annual Sunnyside Queens Bix Memorial Concert.
